Please do not sign up for our service if your bins are emptied by any other council than West Oxfordshire District Council. If you are in doubt, please use the West Oxfordshire District Council website to check your collection zone and normal collection day (see below).

For residents of West Oxfordshire – please use the method below to check your normal collection day and collection zone. This information will be most helpful to us when you register.

Step 1.

In a new tab on your browser – navigate to the West Oxfordshire District Council website

Step 2.

Find the Postcode Search box and enter your Postcode – then press GO

If you have visited this page before – depending on your cookie policy you might already see your address and collection schedule information – see Step 3. Below

Step 3.

After selecting your address from the presented list – press the Select Address button.

You should now see your schedule information in the Postcode Search box.

You can now Download your calendar

Step 4.

Consult your calendar to find out your normal collection day and collection zone.
Make a note of these.
You’re are all set to sign up now.
